Our planet cannot sustain current consumption patterns. Adopting a plant-based diet significantly reduces animal suffering, greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, global acidification, and land use. Yet lifestyle changes are challenging, and often difficult to maintain. Through these images, I aim to show that shifting to a plant-based diet does not have to feel restrictive—and can, in fact, feel familiar and abundant. For this series, I prepared a variety of plant-based foods and photographed them using natural light and minimal styling to reflect the simplicity and gentle nature of a plant-based diet.
