A speculative reimagining of vineyard agriculture inspired by the environmental toll of wineries in Northern California. This project proposes a nopal cactus farm designed as an ecotourism destination, educational hub, and regenerative agricultural model. Nopal (prickly pear) requires minimal water, restores degraded land, supports pollinators and wildlife, and yields food, fiber, medicine, and biofuel without displacing vital ecosystems. Blending beauty, resilience, and cultural significance, this concept offers an alternative vision for land use in a changing climate.
